i have a beco dvc61 cooker.the grill wont heat up at all but the top oven still works fine.they work from the same control knob.door open for grill,closed for top oven.could it still be the grill element,even though it works fine for top oven?

could be a faulty element as they are seperate but in one piece so oven works but grill doesn't
