my potterton profile 50e pilot light wont fire?

Hi
I have a potterton profile 50e boiler. Has been working fine until this afternoon. i switched on the how water and central heating and the pilot light flicks on and off but it wont light.
I have tried the reset button that will not work either?
Any ideas???

thermocouple must laugh this boiler has electronic ignition.
