well its going to be a problem with the spring clip that holds the steering lock part of the ignition switch in or someone has tried to steal it and forced the part of the lock that is the frame itself and its causing the lock to jam,these suffer from this problem alot and it can only be sorted out by re shaping the barrel part of the lock and welding it but this is the frame the other solution is a new frame which is more hassle and money than the bike is worth i have repaired loads of piaggio locks and i would say ill have a look but your probably nowhere near me?im in milton keynes
