How can I fix my freezer? The freezer has defrosted itself is not working anymore although the noise when the fridge is turned on is still there. The red light won't go off; I have cleared the drain and cleaned it thoroughly. It's not cold like it should be and is still not working in spite of all my efforts to fix it.
