I get the LG washing machine OE error code, no spin and no water pumped out. The drainage filter and drain hose are clear & correctly positioned. It may be a pump problem, or perhaps a drive belt? I have removed the large inspection cover at back, but the pump is at front and can't be reached from the back. Likewise not through the unscrewable top cover. Can anyone tell me how to access the pump through the front, or do I have to turn the whole machine upside down and go through the base? (LG Washing Machine Model F1403RD)
