How can I reset the system Micromark MM23244/23084?

Have purchase the above system and wired it up, but the Status LED remains lit. Have followed instructions in book, but if remains lit advices to contact Customer Services (no longer available). Does anyone know how to reset this, as no information in the instruction manual. Thanks

Son brought it on Ebay, but didn't know Micromark had ceased trading, so would like to be able to get instruction on how to reset.
