Just enter your code and press reset..if this don't work.....you have a tamp fault! there are only two tamp circuits on the main board one is for the zones (just 2 terminals) the other is for the outside bell and is marked 0volts and tamp put a link in the 1st pair marked tamp(its the last two on the right on earlier models and approx in the middle on later ones) if this dont work then remove link and put it across the bell terminals marked c. and d. there is no voltage at these terminals so u wont do any damage..you will need to close the lid each time or the lid will create a tamp, and press rest aft code

do you know what caused the tamper have you removed any covers from the sensors as this causes the tamper circuit to trigger if not then check you alarm to see any tamper has occurred. normally code followed by reset normally takes it of u will need to get the engineer to look at it otherwise its a faulty pcb or the tamper circuit has been damaged. it can be bypassed but its not for amateurs gl
