how can i fix my Dual Fuel Double oven Kenwood CK404?

My kenwood cooker wont heat ,the fan still works and the light goes on but the main oven wont work.It tripped the RCD on the power supply it is only 3 years old could it be the heater or the thermostat please advise Regards Ian C.
