it can be so many things,you have an insulation fault,
could be a short in the motor,pump,heater,tumble dryer
heater,you will need a megger,to test the above units,
this is not a job for the user,unless he/she is used to working with a megger,and do not plug the machine in again,as its in a very dangerous condition.better to get an engineer in,at least you wont kill yourself,
