For Mondeo (July 03 on) passenger fusebox top left hand corner is the main beam relay then in the engine compartment fusebox is R1 the dipped beam relay, far right, 2nd one up (next to F20 & F21 fuses) when standing by F/N/S wheel looking in.hope it covers your model mate.

if it is low beam relay its in fuse box under bonnet relay number 1 if its full beam same place relay number F7
