citroen dispatch van 1.9 changed front pads when engine off pedal v/good run engine and the brake pedal goes down to floor

you could try and clamp off each corner brake hose in turn and see if your pedal improves after each caliper is isolated,if it does then try and give that corner a bleed,sounds as if there is air in the system
