Does the new fuel filter just lye on the bottom of the fuel tank connected to new fuel line,with the other end of the fuel line going thru the larger hole on the bottom of the tank ,and then connect to the angled inlet on the carb?Also,what stops fuel from leaking out of the holes in bottom of tank?
