undo the bottom allen bolt in the fork 6mm i think then lift the dust seal on the top of the fork slider then remove the circlip and then you will be able to pull the chrome tube away from the fork bottom(slider) it may take several hard slams to pull them apart but it will drift the fork seal out of the slider with the top bush ,put the new seal in after cleaning the fork tube (chrome bit) with some very fine wet and dry paper make sure all rust spots are off of it and there is no chrome pit marks.put the new seal in with a drift of some kind keeping it square with the numbers facing up to you then put the bottom bolt in then the circlip and dust sealk.fill the fork up from the top (undo the big bolt on the top)put approx 280ml of 10 weight fork oil in each leg ok,adam
