Cutting blade tension/position Roller for P 550W JIGSAW?

Performance Power Chandlers Ford JIGSAW 550W has a circlip missing on the position Roller for the blade when it is in operation and there is wear on the Roller itself, as a result of use without noticing the circlip was missing till the part fell off.
