Reich mixer tap leaking from the base of the tap?

I have recently been away in our caravan and found that both of our reich trend mixer taps are leaking from the base of the tap are they able to be mended and if so how??

If they are Trend S the ceramic cartridges can be changed - see LeisureDirect website.

no,bad news they need to be replaced,about 50 each,you could try, wwwcaravanbreakers.com to see if they have any secondhand ones.
