How do I refix the caravan sides to the base?

I have an Elddis Jetstream caravan which is about 15 years old. I have just noticed that the body moves independantly to the base board, but cannot see anywhere that fixings have broken. How can I re secur it.

would use long thin self tapper screws cover them in some sort of sealent though then screw in and sealent on top if wood is rotten u need to fix also first
