My Samsung Fridge freezer is making a lot of noise and the frigde temp is at 12degrees and I cant get it to cool down. Have tried switching it off and back on but nothin happens. When I press the decrease button it flashes 5 degrees but goes back to 12. There is also ice in my bottom tray in the fridge. |How do I get rid of it Help please!!!
