The carriage rollers for the other basket are worn, constantly falling off and now two are lost. Can you advise where I can purchase new ones and any other suggestions to stop the problem? It makes loading the upper basket very difficult.
also the Tablet dispenser door catch has snapped off but it looks as if the part is integral to the complete dispensing unit.
any help appreciated.

You can get them at buyspares.com and they are quite simple to replace after the hassle of taking the outer panels off (around 30 screws)
