just bought a vauxhall vectra 04 2.2dti?

the car takes a bit of starting from cold and a lihgt keeps coming on and off it is a picture of a car with a spanner through it also a bulb picture keeps flashing on and on trip computer says to check reversing light which i have done and both are working
