We have recently moved into a new home which is installed with this alarm. The previous owner said that the alarm needed servicing. What she didn't say until we had moved in is that they did not know what the code was so had never used it. I am keen to use the alarm but do not know how to unset it as i do not have the code. It's probably a quick fix and will involve a call out but don't know who to call either. Grateful for any help

Could you possibly let us know what make of alarm you have inherited?
I also seriously doubt your unable to unset it either, most probable is you cannot set or even use it.
