water does not drain from drum?

hi,wonder if you could help,my combie machine does not drain the water from the drum,could it be the filter,if so could you tell me where to find them

If there is a filter it will be on the front of the machine somewhere .it could be at the very bottom behind a panel.If no filter then check and clean your pump
