How to remove soap dish on Hoover HNF 7167 washer?

How can I get the soap dispenser compartment out of the Hoover HNF 7167 Nextra7 Washer. It keeps filling with water after the wash and rinse cycles and doesn't drain away.
I think that there is a blockage somewhere but can't get the dish out of the machine

dont know this model but usually it just pulls out open the drawer and look inside at the roof there might be a spring clip there work it out slowly
