Samsung RL36SBSW no longer cools in fridge compartment?

My samsung fridge freezer RL36SBSW has ice forming on the bottom of the freezer drawer and is now full of frost even though it is supposed to be frost free. In addition to that the fridge no longer cools and food cannot be kept in this compartment. It is 4 years old. Has anybody else had this problem and is it fixable?

We have mended it so do not need a response. this is what we found and how we mended it:
1. Take off the inside panel inside the freezer compartment.
2. Take off second inside panel which exposes the elements.
3. Thick ice had formed around the bottom of the row of elements and had blocked a outlet/sort of tunnel that allows cold air to pass from the Freezer to the Fridge.
4. We defrosted it with a hairdryer.
5. Put fridge back together, now it works again.

It took around 4 hours in total
