easiest way would be to get a hose into the reservoir and try flushing out but no guarantee you will remove it all but if you want to do the job right remove the reservoir

you will need to take the washer bottle off, and give it a good wash-out, pipes might need to be cleaned as well, best done with an air line. fill using water and screenwash. as you have kept the make/model of your car a secret cannot help to tell you how to remove bottle, as some are easier than others.
