how can i factory reset a 9600?

i have moved a panel (9600) for a friend in a bid to factory reset it i removed the nvm chip and god knows why i removed the chip above too . they are now mixed up any idea how to know which is which and therefore which goes where ?

to reset back to factory defaults,remove all power from the panel,remove the nvm chip,(above the large ic)power up panel,battery first,then mains,refit the nvm,the panel will now load the factory default codes,re-prog the panel with all the installation settings

if you look at the nvm ,you will see a half moon shape at one end,you will see same mark on the socket on pcb,just match these,be careful,the pins bend very easy
