vectra 2.2 v tec..is juddering and blowing smoke out....running erratically...any ideas what is causing this..

for a start you dont get a vectra 2.2 VTEC.?? CIVIC? PRELUDE? anyways this could be a number of problems, worn valve stem seals burned valves, cylinder head gasket? how many miles has this vehical done? also find out what vehical it actually is?
