probly with my cougar?

i have a gilera cougar broght it non runner to fix up i had it run on bump start as try on button start but keep killin battery and now it willnt start on bump start the back wheel just locks up can anyone help if so email me at

does the engine turn over if you push it with the spark plug out?it may be hydrauliced on the fuel in the head !
