clutch problem on a sprinter?

have a 56 plate new shape sprinter. The clutch pedal dosent come back up aftr you press it. Have try to bleed it but still no good. Have put a new clutch master cylinder on it and the slave cylinder on it and still no good. Any ideas please any one

yes i can but very difficult to get into gear and drives ok

can you engage gears when pedal depressed,and if so will it drive when the pedal is at normal position.
