My 206 was crashed and the gearbox is leaking oil!! and its all to do with the drive shaft!! so i got another drive shaft off a scrapped car which is not damaged but it looks the same as the one in my car !! i was told there is no clips in them any more so how do i keep the drive shaft in place ?????

i have looked in haynes manual for the 206 (1998-2001 number 3757) and as it is difficult to explain here, would suggest you get a copy, so you can replace your driveshaft properly, as you may need to change the seal, leading into g/box as well as the d/shaft. you can then use it to carry out other repairs as and when you need to.
