central locking/imobiliser gone funny asta 1.7 cdti 05 plate?

got in my car put ing key in went to start nothing there i pressed open and shut on key afew times then it started when i got home i went to lock the car and central locking wouldnt work properly im now confussed can any one help please

check the spring loaded ignition switch pops all the way out when you remove the key,if not this affects the central locking
