how can I fix my zanussi zwd 14581s?

I have a problem with my Zanussi ZWD14581S

Last week it was not emptying, my son cleaned out the filter and its been fine.
Today I have loaded it put in fabric cleaner and pushed the switch on button, it starts and you hear water going in. After a few seconds it switches itself off and the button is flasing.
