my gem-p800 displays 2, 5, and 6?

I can't reset the unit. Tried replacing the 12V battery but it's still shows 2, 5, and 6 on the display.

What seems to be the problem and how can I fix it?

Try changing ALL the batteries.

I would give the manual link but it wont allow it on here for some reason. I assume that having found this site your able to do a search and get the manual and actually READ it.
