Hotpoint TC 71 leaking water?

Hotpoint TC 71 leaking water.....from pipe at back of dryer. When pipe is blocked off water goes into the proper container. This problems has only occured since dryer was moved to another house. Do you think the Drain blank cap has come off?

Thanx Geff, we have plugged the pipe up and the dryer seems to operate perfectly ok.
