how can i fix my washing machine bendix b1w 103w?

I have A bendix b1W 103W washing machine wont empty, the water stays in the washine machine drum. It spins and washes but the water don't drain.

remove the filter at the bottom right corner.shine a torch in to the filter housing and make sure the impellor at the back isn't jammed and rotates.
