please help me, my hoover wasing machine is 13 months old and has broken down for the second time (this time just outside warranty) it won't rinse or spin and ends up full of water which takes 3 times to spin most of the water out. have got a 5 year parts garuantee although don't know whether it would be cheaper to call someone out of the yellow pages, don't know where to turn! have checked filter and pipe is not blocked either.

We had a problem on a washing machine that was similar it turned out to be the pressure chamber had filled with gunk. We had an engineer come out and fix it. He didn't use any consumables or replace anything. He just took apart the px chamber and cleaned it. If it happens again I'm gonna have a go doing it myself.
