the earlier astras could be done in 1/2 an hour but this is a g/box out job,it is a big job and a bit detailed to explain here but if you want to take it on get yourself a manual and good luck,also I dont know if these motors have a dual mass flywheel but would give it a good inspection too while you have the g/box out if this is the case
