how can i fix my immobiliser ?

i lost my keys about a year ago an the cars been sat there ever since i now wanna get it bk on the road ive bypassed the fuel pump its on a switch now ive got no spark wot does the immoboiliser cut out the pump an the spark ????????????????

Depending on the make/model etc the immobiliser also kills the ignition and the signals to the injectors
