triton ts80i shower?

i have a triton ts80i shower,when i put the power switch on,the power light is duller than normal,then when i switch the shower on no water flows and the switch light goes off altogether.

Hi this sounds like a neutral fault on the supply cable , you need a qualified electricain to sort this out.
