How can I start my Iveco Tector 75e17?

Help!!
Engine turns over but will not fire.
I have no 2 5 amp fuse keeps blowing as soon as I turn the ignition on. Therefore I have no dash or ignition lights.
Any ideas?

looks like electrical problem, if you need the truck plugging up let me no i have the dealer tool. based in the west midlands. 07799714424.

check water in fuel filter sensor wiring
it is in the prefilter on the chassis near the fuel tank
