Zanussi TC 7012w Drive belt?

I am trying to replace my drive belt on the above tumble dryer but I can't get any tension into the belt? The belt goes around the drive shaft and the jockey wheel but is very slack.

Any help or a working diagram would be great
Thank you

The motor does have a spring on it , but doesn't want to move once the spring has been released?

this is simple to sort.the motor should have a spring attached to it which hooks in the base.with the spring fitted push the motor as far inwards as it will go.fit the belt and then let the tension pull back the motor and tension the belt.the black tensioner wheel runs on the top of the belt!
