Skoda heater blower not working?

I have a 2000 2.0 skoda octavia the heater blower started making a lot of noise a few weeks back and has now almost stopped working , ie it will start but stops very soon after.

I suspect the blower itself has gone how easy is it to replace ?

I can pick one up from ebay for around £40.

you will need to remove the glovebox, then the motor housing is directly infront of you, its the panel with three screws ... remove the screws and the wiring plugand slide it down to remove :)
