can any one tell me how to program my new lock set and key to a new aci unit on a elystar 125cc on a 53 plate

I found this post on the Pug website so you may as well try this.....
First make sure the battery is charged then put your red key in the ignition and turn it on for five seconds and then turn it off and remove it, then put the black key in and turn the ignition on for five second then remove it and finally put the red key back in and turn it on for another five seconds then remove it again and wait two minutes before trying to start the bike with your black (service/normal) key.

i have fitted both new lock and cdi unit it will start and the red light on clock pannel not flashing while running and flashes if i turn it off and remove key BUT it will not rev up.if i open throtle it just starts to sound like its missing and spluttering. have i done some thing wrong or do i need to run the mistery programming procedure which i can't find
