Bosch Maxx. How do I fix? Fabric softner not taken into machine?

How do I solve the problem of fabric conditioner not being taken into machine? Have removed dispenser & cleaned. Have tried to clean where the water comes in from above. Sometimes it works, but only very occassionaly.

If you use concentrated fabric conditioner you will need to top up the level with water to allow mix to siphon into machine.
