i have a nissan micra 2003 the battery keeps losing powern now there is a red car symbol flashing on the dashboard

hi if the battery is more than a year old and the car been stand for few weeks just replace a new battery and the problem should be solved. but if is a new battery then you need to check the alternator or it as a loose belt and is not charging the battery. about the red car i really dont know.
