Those compression figures would tend to indicate a head gasket/cracked head problem, between # 2&3 cylinders, as the compression should be 12~15 bar and you only have 6 bar on those cylinders

you mean misfire or just the engine or just the engine rev gos low then picks up if so then you need to check your flow meter mate. and if is really misfiring then good new spark plugs should solve the problem hope it helps.
