Zanussi DWS935 hot water doesn't seem hot!?

all the cycles stopped working at about 30 seconds including rinse. got this going but now the water doesn't seem to get hot and the arms don't go round...

no heat could be heater.No arm movement could be ciculation pump which in turn could caused the heater to fail
