the pressure levers on my vaillant ecomax wont move?

the 2 pressure levers on my vaillant ecomax wont move and the pressure is now below 1. I think that I I have to push them both forward, is this correct? But they are so stiff they just wont move. I will love you forever if the answer is simple and inexpensive.

if they havent been used for a while then they become hard use some force if not then pull of the knobs and use a spanner u need to turn the 1/4 turn and they should both face the same direction good luck

The lever at the front of the boiler pushes away from you, the one on the prv pulls towards you.
They can get stiff if not used for a while, try spraying behind the handles with WD40 then leaving them for an hour, should do the trick.
