Hotpoint Aquarius Dishwasher FDW60?

Any idea how to fix a leak that appears to be coming from the back of my dishwasher? Its a Hotpoint aquarius FDW60. Its about three years old and (up to now) has been working really well.

It looks like the leak is coming from where the outlet pipe (ie the pipe that drains the water away) where it connects to the back of the machine. I assume that this connection can be tightened up somehow but I am not sure how to get to the connection as it is inside the machine somewhere.

The inlet pipe connection is fine. This, being on the outside, is quite tight and dry.

Any ideas how to tighten up the outlet pipe or anything else I should check.

Thanks in advance.
