Hi, my EML came on Sunday morning after by partner filled my car up with petrol saturday evening. When driving it sunday it felt very slugish and was reluctent to move. Its only a 1 ltr but usuelly quite nippy when just driving to work but now it seems to take for ever just to get up to 30mph. I have just been and filled the car up again with petrol and it seems to be driving so much better the EML light is still on. Does anyone know if this could be cause dby puting diesel rather than petrol in the car or should this just make it cut out alltogether?
Any ideas would be appreciated as i am reluctent to take it to a garage with all the problems and no solutions posted on here.
you should try to take to the tuning center maybe is just the ecu needing to clear the error. if you say that is drivin nice tuning center is the best place they should tell you why is that light still on.

you could try a code reader onto this,but air flow meters are bad for going on these,EGR valves also,you could try a good scrappy but motor factors supply AFM,a lot cheaper than main dealer
