How can I get my Samsung SF5100 to send and receive faxes again?

Our Samsung SF5100 has suddenly stopped receiving and sending faxes. I have checked the set up and the cables and they are all ok. Whenever you go to transmit, it comes up TX but nothing is going through; and if someone is sending in a fax it is not receiving it.
